Brownsville - During a routine traffic stop Brownsville police find a blue duffle bag with an undisclosed amount of money inside the truck at around 3:30pm.
Officers pulled over a 2007 Chevy Silverado on the 1100 block of Frontage Road, a man woman and a small child were inside. Police said the driver seems nervous and gave conflicting stories of where he was going with such a large sum of money.
The money was seized pending further investigation and the driver was cited for failing to Signal, no driver's license, and having a child unrestrained.
He was released until further notice.
